50 minute individual therapy session $175

50 minute group therapy individual assessment visit $175

Group therapy visit $100

School advocacy visit (e.g., 504 plan meeting) $225 per hour plus $2 per mile outside of a 15 mile radius from my office

Payment

As a self-pay provider, I request payment at the time of service. Payment can be received via credit card or cash payment. 

Insurance

I do not accept insurance. However, if you would like to use your health insurance, I am happy to provide you with a bill at the end of the month that you can submit to your insurance company for your reimbursement.
